Instruments are available via pre-order with no down payment. You will be contacted when I begin working on your order and then you will receive an invoice when it is completed and ready to ship.

You will have 3 days to make payment or the instrument will be passed to the next person on the order list (unless other arrangements are made). Currently tailpiece art is makers choice to keep things efficient for me.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt (when tracking says it was delivered). Buyer pays for return shipping and items must returned in the condition in which they were received.
